Oare Ehiemua-Ochui is the Founder & CEO of OPL Academy, an employment accelerator that equips blue-collar construction workers with professional ethics training and prepares them for workplace success. She is also the Founder of LaborHack, a technology company developing lightweight digital tools that help construction workers access digital career identities, jobs, and financial services without technical barriers.
Previously, Oare served as External Relations Lead at African Capital Alliance, Nigeria’s first indigenous private equity firm, and led the African Capital Alliance Foundation with over $2M in assets under management. She holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
