Local Ecosystems

Launching and growing city based venture-building ecosystems.

Many high-capacity leaders in the global Praxis community are searching for ways to serve like-minded entrepreneurs in their city by running experiences that develop a venture-building community in their context.

Who is Labs Team Training for?

Praxis looks to partner with ecosystem-minded builders who have a passion to see redemptive entrepreneurship advanced in their ecosystem.

  • Humble, ambitious Christian builders with entrepreneurial experience
  • A desire to serve founders and help them integrate the Redemptive Framework
  • Convening power with founders, mentors, and funders
  • Visionary, yet action-oriented and able to execute a world-class experience

What is an Ecosystem Intensive?

We begin with a 3-day in-person gathering with the Praxis team. Think of it as going through a Praxis Experience as a participant and then getting a behind-the-scenes tour to see how it all works.

The next phase is virtual and self-paced. We provide a resource library of how-to videos, systems, templates and tools.

Upon completion and approval, Praxis grants a license that:

  • Allows leaders to run as many Experiences as they'd like in their ecosystem for 1 year
  • Gives them access to a suite of Praxis Experiences and tools

Key tools offered by Praxis to Ecosystem Leaders include:

  • Principles of building a venture-building ecosystem
  • Event scripts and execution plans
  • Templated invitations and pre and post event communications for attendees
  • Onboarding and post-event surveys
  • Event book template (with our Redemptive Playbook content and follow-up exercises)
  • A web portal to manage and share about your event

A note on our faith commitment: As a Christian community, Praxis finds its theological identity most clearly stated in the Lausanne Covenant (1974) and the Cape Town Commitment (2010).
