The mission of HoPe (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education) is to create thriving communities where Hispanic/Latino students can lead, serve, and succeed. We achieve this by providing high school students with a supportive environment that fosters holistic growth through our HoPe Leadership Chapters, which emphasize leadership development, educational attainment, and social responsibility. Founded in 2009 with a single school and 20 members, HoPe has grown to serve over 6,500 students across 90+ high schools in seven states—and continues to expand into new communities each year.
