Connections Homes prevents poverty and homelessness for youth ages 18–24 aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness without family by matching them with Mentoring Families committed to lifelong connection through our core program model, Don’t Go Alone. Don’t Go Alone scales nationally through both direct replication and affiliate models by deploying our Choice-Based Matching Model™ and Redemptive Connection Framework to restore belonging and build self-efficacy in vulnerable young adults. Grounded in the conviction that what was broken in relationship can only be restored in relationship, the program equips youth and Mentoring Families for thriving, lifelong connections — demonstrating that one committed Mentoring Family changes everything.
