Terra Mattson (MA LPC, LMFT) is an author, podcast host, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor, executive coach, and the Co-Founder of Courageous Girls (CG) and Living Wholehearted. She current serves as the Executive Director of CG. With 20+ years working in trauma-informed therapy, executive coaching, and church ministry, Terra uniquely bridges the gap between biblical, clinical, and relational wisdom. She received a BA in psychology and BA in educational ministries from Seattle Pacific University and an MA in marriage and family therapy from George Fox University.
