Sharon Lim is a business visionary with 30+ years building ventures across a variety of industries.  She is committed to facilitating positive change by developing sustainable businesses with strong business models that deliver ESG (environment-social-governance) impact.   Sharon’s diverse career has encompassed a family business in electronics manufacturing, a specialty food business in Indonesia, as the Latin America licensee for Tommy Hilfiger, and leading [Browzwear](http://www.browzwear.com/), a global 3D fashion technology company.   Initially leading business development, she later acquired the technology business, led as its CEO for 2 decade, and now serves as Chairperson.  She is the co-founder of [Fashion Ai Hub](https://fashionaihub.com/) a hands-on think tank that is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers harness the power of AI.    Sharon shares her venture-building expertise with the social impact ecosystem across Asia Pacific. She mentors entrepreneurs through [Digital Mission Ventures](https://www.digitalmissionventures.com/about-us) & [Temasek Amplifier Program ](https://philanthropyasiaalliance.org/our-impact/the-amplifier) and invests in businesses with strong ESG goals, in part through her private fund [Venture Synergist](http://www.venturesynergist.com/).  Sharon additionally serves on the investment committee of [Beneficial Returns](https://beneficialreturns.com/), and is the President [of Singapore Fashion Council](https://www.sgfashioncouncil.org.sg/).”
