Santi was once told by a business mentor, “Wherever you go in your career, always remember—and be encouraged—that you can be both successful and kind.” This simple phrase has continued to shape his approach to work and life. From studying at Liberty University, to managing communications at an early-stage startup, to most recently designing global learning experiences at Samaritan’s Purse, Santi brings a warm, hopeful, and innovative spirit to everything he does. He’s thrilled to be joining the Praxis team as an Associate, contributing to the mission of advancing redemptive entrepreneurship around the world. Outside of work, you can find him playing music, reading, or exploring the outdoors (NYC park recommendations always welcome!).
