Rui Guo has pioneered the research on AI ethics and governance in China. He has taught AI ethics in leading universities in the US and in China. He contributed China’s first AI standardization white paper (2018) and led the drafting of the AI Ethical Risk Research Report (2019), published by the Artificial Intelligence Working Group, Standardization Administration.
