Mike has lived in Indonesia for the past 23 years with his family and speaks the Indonesian language well. Mike came to Indonesia with two other friends to establish Telunas Resorts, a boutique resort company with two properties in the Riau Islands, which consistently receives awards of excellence from TripAdvisor, and currently developing a third resort in Belitung, Indonesia. In 2008, he established his second venture, BME Services, a consulting, training, and coaching company focused on organizational and leadership development. He is currently the CEO of BME Services which manages the growing Telunas portfolio and serves clients throughout the region.
