Melissa is a cross-cultural and cross-sector bridge-builder who enjoys raising leaders and catalysing partnerships for the common good. Under her leadership as CEO, the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (Singapore), birthed the national vision: Singapore – City of Good, a whole of society initiative to reimagine a life-giving media and content space, create a national digital giving platform (Giving.sg), mobilise corporate Singapore and design platforms to deepen public-private-people partnerships to tackle complex societal challenges. Melissa is third-generation member of a private family business Pontiac Land Group.
