In 2009, she founded LeaderFit to help nonprofits and foundations hire top talent, build high-performing teams, and cultivate human-centered cultures. In 2016, her team launched Purpose Path, a career coaching program to inspire leaders to discover and pursue their purpose at work. Katie graduated from Harvard Business School (MBA) and UNC Chapel Hill (BA).
