Jeff Mattson is an executive coach, author, and Co-Founder of Living Wholehearted and Courageous Girls. As an organizational development specialist, he helps leaders grow personally and solve the people issues that keep them up at night. Alongside Terra, Jeff co-hosts the Living Wholehearted and Dear Mattsons podcasts and co-authored Shrinking the Integrity Gap. His work has been featured by Carey Nieuwhof, AACC, Forward Magazine, Relevant, and more. He has his BA in educational ministries from Seattle Pacific University and his MA in organizational development from Gonzaga University.
