Gary Liu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Terminal 3, a Web3 user identity and data company. Gary also chairs Web3 Harbour, an industry association advancing the decentralized economy in Asia. As a recognized technology expert, he advises the Hong Kong Government’s Web3 Task Force and Hong Kong’s Trade and Development Council. Previously, Gary was the CEO of the South China Morning Post, transforming the century-old newspaper into Asia's leading news media company. Gary has also worked at Digg, Spotify, AOL, and Google and is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Aspen Institute China Fellow.
