Dan Vogel, the Founder and CEO of Flourish Fund, brings 20+ years of leadership experience working with private, public, and non-profit organizations to tackle social challenges. Most recently, he served as the founding Executive Director of the Centre for Public Impact in North America, a non-profit foundation launched by Boston Consulting Group. Formerly, he was a BCG Principal specializing in organizational strategy and large-scale change. He started his career at The White House as a writer and policy advisor and has also worked on Katrina rebuilding, healthcare reform, and economic development in Rwanda. He lives in Alexandria, VA, with his wife, Campbell, and their four daughters.
