Bryce Butler is the founder of Access Ventures, a leading impact organization focused on pioneering catalytic capital for human flourishing. Prior to this, Bryce served as the Executive Director of the BlueSky Network, a venture philanthropy family office with global initiatives in microfinance, clean energy, sustainable agriculture, mobile payments, and entrepreneurship/innovation. In addition to his executive roles, Bryce was the Executive Producer of the documentary "BBOY for Life," which highlights poverty and gang violence in Guatemala City and those seeking change through dance. The documentary premiered at the United Nations in April 2014. Bryce's career includes experience in Organizational Design and Development at a global manufacturing company and serving as an Executive Pastor at one of the 50 fastest-growing churches in the United States. Following his graduation from Iowa State University, Bryce served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Armor Branch for four years. He holds an M.A. in Theology and a B.S. in Economics. As an educator, Bryce has taught Social Enterprise as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Kentucky. He has served on numerous boards, including the regional Chamber Greater Louisville Inc., and has been Chair of Village Capital, which has conducted over 60 early-stage programs globally and made 100+ investments to date. He has also been a Community Development Advisory Council Member of the St. Louis Federal Reserve and an inaugural Rubinger Community Fellow with LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation). Currently, Bryce is the Chair of the Leadership Experience, an organization dedicated to supporting leaders at every stage of their lives. He is also the founder of Render Capital and the co-founder of Lenderfit, a software platform that streamlines the process for lenders working with small business loan applicants. Bryce is married to Bethany, and together they have four children.
