Beto is a Kauffman Fellow and a Presidio Fellow and has been on the boards of over two dozen private companies, as well as Exagen, Inc. (NASDAQ: XGN). He holds a Ph.D. in International Business Strategy from The University of Texas at El Paso and a B.A. in economics from Brandeis University. Beto enjoys fatherhood, writing poetry, playing percussion instruments, and traveling.
