A molecular biology PhD turned venture builder, Andrew began his career with Boston Consulting Group working on Global Health and Economic Development, primarily across Africa. Before joining Praxis he built and operated pan-African tech startups in Nairobi, Kenya for 4 years, most recently leading Qhala’s QLab, a venture studio launching local AI-enabled products and ventures. He serves on the board of a Microfinance bank in Kenya as well as advising Musa Ventures, which is building a collaborative SME funding platform for financiers as part of the World Bank’s Digital Public Infrastructure AI Innovators cohort. His passion is creating economic infrastructure for moral coordination, particularly to shape systems and venture business models that reduce wealth inequality.
