Ahlim Kim is the Director and Employee Representative at The Bridge International, leading initiatives that advance social innovation and economic empowerment for North Korean defectors. Committed to creating dignity, belonging, and opportunity for those rebuilding their lives, she has developed programs in capacity building, economic resilience, and family well-being across the US, South Korea, and developing countries. She holds a master's degree in intercultural studies and TESOL from Biola University and is pursuing a PhD in Christian unification leadership studies at Soongsil University.
